I either wear shorts or sweat pants(jogging trousers) when I'm at home. Oh and I'm 13. But I think people of all ages wear sweatpants at home.
The reason being that as of this point in time, N. Korea has virtually no trade or exports (due to its policy of isolation), whereas S. Korea has a booming economy, and massive amounts of exports- so it is assumed that when something is made in Korea...
